I’m Beth, and I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel met and understood as you are, and begin to gently explore what’s going on for you.
You may be coming with something specific you’d like to work through, or with a more general sense that things don’t feel quite right. Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
