Hello and welcome - I’m glad you’ve found your way here.
You might be feeling mentally worn out from constant overthinking, struggling to switch off, or carrying an ongoing sense of overwhelm that never quite settles. Some people describe feeling “on edge” or as though their mind is always switched on, even when everything looks fine on the surface. Others come because they’re managing day to day, but internally things feel heavier than anyone realises.
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to hold it on your own.
I’m Beth, a qualified integrative counsellor, and I offer a calm, supportive space where we can start to gently make sense of what you’re going through. You don’t need to arrive with the right words or a clear direction - we can begin wherever feels most relevant for you.
Therapy with me is collaborative. Together, we can explore patterns such as overthinking, emotional overwhelm, low mood, self-doubt, or coping strategies that no longer feel helpful.
